At Luxe Redux Bridal, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for most items to ensure your dream look is absolutely perfect. Please note that all returned merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging, ensuring the security tags remain intact and the RMA form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our bridal stylists inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
